I appreciated the hotel's proximity to key areas. the cleanliness was perfect. I found no dust or grime anywhere. i also made use of the free amenities in the lobby. They included everything i needed. the washing machine and free hair straighteners were especially useful.
The automatic check-in kiosks proved problematic. I needed assistance from the front desk. the kiosks were confusing to use, even with help.

the hotel is conveniently near restaurants, shops, and transport options. i noticed tokyo tower is visible within a short walk of about two minutes. the area secure hotel, too.

breakfast included fresh salad, which i found to be a great addition. while the breakfast selection was okay, not amazing, i appreciated the convenience. fresh squeezed juice and good coffee were available.
